DEVELOPING A STRATEGIC, HIGH-QUALITY ROAD NETWORK TO ENHANCE CONNECTIVITY AND OPTIMISE TOURISM AND COMMERCIAL OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS THE SULTANATE
Bridges and Highways Oman will take place between 7 – 10 September 2014 and will include a two day conference, one focus day on tunnel construction and a workshop on contracts, plus an exhibition. The conference will focus on project updates from consultants and contractors managing these projects.
In addition, Bridges and Highways Oman 2014 will address current challenges faced in the market including: best practices for constructing tunnels, resolving disputes and claims with project partners, interface management, improving the supply chain, weather-proofing infrastructure, building internal competencies and achieving ICV for road infrastructure projects in Oman.
